Your appointments are very important to us, We hold your appointments just for you, there is a CANCELLATION POLICY, a fee of 50%of the service will be charged if you should choose to cancel your appointment. We will reschedule any appointment for a fee of $75 all we ask is to be notify within 7 days prior to appointment date. This way our team of professionals will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. We do of course understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency etc. However if you are ‘no shows’ , you will be charged a cancellation fee. Here is our general breakdown of cancellation fees: - you will charged equal to 50% in cancellation fee for the service, This also applies to no show appointments - your deposit is also non refundable, deposit is paid via cash app, Zelle or in person cash only NO personal checks - There is a $75 rescheduling fee, must be notified 7 days prior to service date -A travel fee starting at $75 is required for all house calls at the time of booking, NON REFUNDABLE -Morning appointments only
